What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Controller position at Connect Search, LLC?
I am looking to hire a full-time Plant Controller for a reputable manufacturing company here in Oak Creek, WI (53154). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.
Pay: $115,000 - $130,000 (based on experience) & Benefits
Bonus: 15% target bonus
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc.
Schedule: 1st shift, M-F
Remote: Mostly onsite, but some flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies
- Monitoring and enforcing internal controls
- Prepare financial and capital budgets by creating and updating financial schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, and providing financial recommendations
- Achieves budget objectives by analyzing and reporting on variances
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring financial results from Procurement and CI led initiatives, and other plant profitability initiatives identified through the company’s budgeting, S&OP
- Travel required- Specifically, but not limited to local, domestic and onternational within North America for training and company business as required
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business management, accounting, or finance
- 5 years experience in manufacturing industry (or public with mfg clients)
- Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports, statements, projections
- Strong communication skills
