About the Role
Connect Search is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to develop new client relationships while managing the recruiting process from sourcing through placement. This is an internal, permanent opportunity with Connect Search. You'll be joining our team directly and playing a key role in driving the continued growth and success of our organization.
This role offers a blend of business development and recruiting responsibilities, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy both building client partnerships and identifying top talent. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and grow their own book of business while earning uncapped commissions.
Role Requirements
- Prior staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in both recruiting and business development is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
- Experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
