I'm partnering with a global medical device manufacturer headquartered in Lake County on a newly created Lead Financial Analyst seat supporting their Canadian business unit.
This is not a reporting role. The hiring manager was direct about what he's looking for: someone who can sit across from sales and marketing leadership and explain the why behind the numbers — not just deliver the variance file. What they're looking for
- 6 years of FP&A experience (strong 4–6 year candidates will be considered at a Senior Financial Analyst title, $120,000 – $125,000 bonus)
- Experience business partnering with a sales, marketing, or business unit leadership team
- Strong modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close exposure
- Advanced Excel; Power BI and Power Query strongly preferred
- SAP and/or BPC preferred
- Medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or consumer products background preferred
- CPA or a Master's is a plus — neither is required
- Bachelor's degree required; sponsorship is not available for this role
Compensation and benefits
Base range $120,000 – $140,000 depending on experience, plus participation in the corporate bonus plan (10% target).
