A globally recognized manufacturer of equipment, service, and technical solutions for the mining and construction sectors is seeking an experienced Technical Data & Customs Compliance Specialist to join its team. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance across international trade operations, while supporting certification accuracy and coordinating end-to-end logistics.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Measure parts and interpret technical data sheets to verify accuracy.
• Coordinate product certification processes under Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and other applicable government agencies.
• Manage technical/legal documentation needed for certifications.
• Stay current on tariff and non-tariff regulations, industry reforms, and foreign trade impacts.
• Oversee compliance for land, air, and sea imports/exports, ensuring adherence to customs regulations, international treaties, and permit requirements.
• Validate tariff classifications, country of origin, and non-tariff regulations (NRT).
• Collaborate with customs brokers, transportation providers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist with audits (internal/external) and follow up on inspections from customs entities.

🎯 Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in export compliance, customs operations, logistics, or foreign trade.
• Strong technical understanding of documentation and regulatory oversight.
• Industry exposure in mining or construction (preferred).
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
