Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide coverage during a temporary leave. This role will serve as the first point of contact for customers and support daily office operations, sales coordination, and CRM data management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach
- Enter and manage leads, customer data, and project details in the CRM system
- Coordinate schedules and support sales-related administrative tasks
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and tracking to ensure data accuracy
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and office coordination
Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service or office support experience
- Strong computer skills with CRM or ERP experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Personable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
Salary : $20 - $22
