Job Title: Fund Accounting Manager
Location: Skokie, IL (4 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000 base salary plus 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Quarterly financial statements
- Quarterly close
- Journal entries
- IRR
- Treasury functions
- Capital calls and distributions
- Bank reconciliations
- Audit & tax
- LP relationships
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA highly preferred
- 3-7 years of accounting experience (public accounting, family office, fund admin, or private equity)
- Big 4 or mid-tier audit experience preferred
