Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year in compliance, and auditing (regulatory data, master data management, and data validation)
- Background in government reporting
- Life sciences experienced preferred
Job Duties:
- Collect, validate, and organize data in support of federal Sunshine Act reporting requirements
- Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely Open Payments reports to CMS
- Perform data quality checks to identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential reporting errors in payment and transfer of value records
- Support the reconciliation of financial data across multiple systems including Concur and CRM databases
- Maintain detailed documentation to support audit readiness
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track reporting metrics, submission deadlines, and compliance status for stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration to gather required data elements
- Respond to data queries from healthcare professionals
- Monitor regulatory updates and guidance for global transparency reporting
