Job Overview
Connect Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide In-home ABA therapy and join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing direct supervision, and parent training . Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing behavioral health and promoting positive outcomes for our clients.
Connect Behavioral Health is BCBA OWNED! We promote 20% supervision of 97153, running direct assessments (not just a Vineland), running parent training, no 97154 group codes, etc.
We are hiring Full time.
We want to cater to the BCBA who wants work-life balance. We have low caseload requirements and 25 hour weekly billable requirements.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
- Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on effective behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection.
- Stay current with research and developments in the field of behavioral health.
