What You’ll Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments
• Implement and support individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Deliver parent and caregiver training
• Collect and analyze data to support treatment goals
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support staff training and ensure treatment fidelity

What We’re Looking For

• Current BCaBA certification (required)
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
