What You’ll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Implement and support individualized, data-driven treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Deliver parent and caregiver training
- Collect and analyze data to support treatment goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support staff training and ensure treatment fidelity

- Current BCaBA certification (required)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
