GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive raw and purchased materials
- Deliver raw and purchased materials to areas needed
- Maintain an accurate receiving inventory
- Comply with all Elkhart North policies and procedures.
- Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Execute material movement through entire facility
- Process and transfer Service Orders
- Complete transfers and transactions
- Verify, track and collect operational and manufacturing scrap
- Execute paperwork and material movement to and from outside vendors
- Admin Return to Stock (RA) process
- Unload & unpack scheduled & unscheduled materials & supplies
- Put away supplies, inventory materials and organize warehouse
- Pull, create MO’s and transfer service parts
- Fill orders for both in-house and outside vendors
- Collect process scrap and scrap parts, weigh, verify and report accordingly – scrap verification process
- Deliver material & stock items to proper departments/areas
- Prep scrap shipments for pick-up
- Pull and issue out supplies for production
- Conduct cycle counts
- Collect material containers and skids for return to vendors
- Clean receiving area, warehouse, and stockroom
- Receiving and processing Return to Stock (RA’s)
- Complete necessary reports, transfers, MO updates and paperwork
- Scanning, physical handling and management of visual bins
- Complete appropriate paperwork for inter-company transfers, verify and stage for pick-up
- Other duties as requested by supervisors and management
- Create assembly kits following pre-determined process
PRE-DETERMINED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to drive a forklift and become forklift certified - A MUST -
- Must possess basic math skills
- Regular attendance
- Basic skill with and understanding of computer functions
- Valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely
- Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs. unassisted; frequently over 50 lbs. assisted
- Ability to move a 500 lb. Drum with assistance
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Ability to push carts of material to areas throughout the facility
