Key Duties
- Review and approve documentation associated with the receiving process, interfacing with Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse personnel as needed.
- Meet company standards and ensure the receiving process is compliant with regulatory requirements, including labeling and documentation verification.
- Develop process parameters/programs, procedures, and training checklist updates.
- Lead receiving process of purchased finished goods, inspecting and reconciling shipments against purchase orders
- Follow transportation guidelines and track inbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Support management in the development and running of efficient processes.
- Support daily production requirements as needed, including the processes to meet Warehouse goals.
- Implement effective controls to maintain required inventory accuracy.
- Recommend, write, and/or perform preventative maintenance procedures for tools, equipment, and machines as required.
- Perform procurement tasks for tooling or supplies used in warehousing processes
- Assists in training others in the proper techniques and procedures necessary to identify defect-free parts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- 4 years in a warehouse/distribution environment with experience working within WMS systems, with a strong focus on receiving operations and quality
- Forklift certified
- Experience with receiving Purchase Finished Goods.
- High attention to detail, understanding, and mitigating risk.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Previous experience in a leadership role strongly preferred.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing to perform routine calculations.
- Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and RF Scanners.
