What You’ll Do • Own the hiring lifecycle for complex manufacturing roles: site leaders, engineers, factory leaders, supply chain positions, and other hard-to-fill technical roles. • Partner directly with site and functional leaders to understand business needs, calibrate on ideal candidates, and influence hiring decisions. Connect with manufacturing organizations and be a true business partner to the team. • Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent pipelines, and creative outreach strategies—especially in competitive or rural markets. • Elevate candidate experience through clear, timely communication and thoughtful process management. • Track progress meticulously in our CRM (Phenom) and applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring compliant, up-to-date data at all stages. • Drive process improvements across recruiting operations: metrics reporting, candidate experience, hiring manager training, and internal mobility.
