Role Description
The Automotive Sales Professional will be responsible for assisting customers in the vehicle purchasing process, from identifying their needs to finalizing the sale. Key responsibilities include explaining product features, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating terms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hutchinson, KS.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
- Exceptional skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficient in fostering Customer Retention and maintaining relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
