- Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles using manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues and implement effective solutions
- Communicate repair needs and maintenance options to customers clearly and professionally
- Stay up-to-date with Ford technology, diagnostic tools, and industry advances
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to meet customer needs and service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an accredited automotive program preferred
- Experience working as a Ford Service Technician or similar role is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles and systems, with a commitment to ongoing education
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
