Responsibilities- Assist Service Advisors in greeting customers and assessing their service needs
- Help schedule service appointments and maintain an organized service calendar
- Communicate service options and pricing information to customers
- Relay customer concerns and vehicle issues to technicians effectively
- Assist in managing service workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service transactions
- Provide follow-up support to customers after service completion
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is a plus
