Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Engages prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences through active listening.
- Presents vehicle options, features, and benefits, leveraging strong automotive product knowledge.
- Conducts compelling vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key selling points and addressing customer questions.
- Negotiates pricing and terms effectively to finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Manages a robust pipeline of leads, using lead management strategies to convert inquiries into sales.
- Utilizes CRM software to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, fostering loyalty.
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationship management practices for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieves and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborates with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stays current with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role.
Knowledge/Skills
- Proven ability in sales techniques and closing deals.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Solid automotive product knowledge or a strong aptitude to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Demonstrated active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Effective relationship management capabilities with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Organized approach to lead management and follow-up.
- Skilled in conducting engaging vehicle demonstrations.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
