Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs efficient and accurate Oil Changes, ensuring proper fluid levels and disposal.
- Executes precise Tire Rotation to maximize tire life and vehicle performance.
- Conducts thorough Multi-Point Inspection to identify potential maintenance or repair needs.
- Completes comprehensive Fluid Checks and tops off or replaces as necessary.
- Performs timely Filter Replacement for air, cabin, and fuel systems.
- Carries out detailed Brake Inspection to assess component wear and safety.
- Conducts accurate Battery Testing and recommends appropriate service or replacement.
- Contributes to overall Automotive Maintenance by identifying and reporting additional service needs.
- Adheres strictly to all Shop Safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilizes a variety of Automotive Tools effectively and safely to complete tasks.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicates findings clearly and professionally to service advisors.
Required Qualifications

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an automotive vocational program or technical training is a plus.

Experience
- Previous experience in an express service bay or similar fast-paced automotive environment.
- Proven ability to perform basic automotive maintenance tasks.

Knowledge/Skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in performing Oil Changes, Tire Rotation, and Multi-Point Inspection.
- Possesses a strong understanding of Fluid Checks and Filter Replacement.
- Exhibits knowledge of Brake Inspection and Battery Testing procedures.
- Understands fundamental principles of Automotive Maintenance.
- Applies excellent Shop Safety practices at all times.
- Proficiently uses standard Automotive Tools and equipment.
- Works efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Maintains a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications
- ASE certifications (e.g., A1, A4, A5).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions
- Regularly stands, walks, bends, and stoops for extended periods.
- Lifts and carries objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Works in a shop environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
- Requires manual dexterity and good visual acuity.
