If so, Congressional Country Club is seeking a Lead Small Outlet Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you'll work at the Club's Small Outlet locations, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for members and guests.

What You'll Do

Provide immediate, attentive service to all members/guests, introducing yourself and requesting member names/club numbers.

Keep designated areas stocked, organized, and ready for service.

Mix, prepare, serve, and upsell quick-serve food and drinks.

Receive and stock supplies neatly; break down and discard packaging appropriately.

Communicate with supervisors/managers/culinarians about restocking needs.

Complete side work, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.

Sanitize high-touch areas hourly and maintain equipment cleanliness.

Ensure stock rooms remain orderly and clean.

Accurately process transactions, run reports, and turn in paperwork.

Return radios and keys as required at end of shift.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and notify supervisor of any complaints.

Maintain full availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Qualifications

Valid driver's license (required)

Intermediate knowledge of cocktails and mixology (required)

1 year bartending experience (preferred)

2 years hospitality experience (preferred)

TIPS or equivalent certification (preferred)

Familiarity with golf (preferred)

Must be 21 to serve alcohol in Maryland
