communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners.
The Foreman is responsible for supervising employees and maintaining a safe working environment
compliant with government regulatory guidelines and RMC Safety systems. This position is onsite and
requires out-of-state travel.

Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE)
- Ensure work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and RMC Safety protocols.
- Ensure materials, installation, and schedules are met.
- Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to be aware at all times of expected
- Request and coordinate Plumbing material and equipment needs with the purchasing department
- Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site, general contractor, and project
- Check options and equipment list to ensure material is correct.
- Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery.
- Lay out crews to install material on scheduled dates.
- Attend and participate in GC meetings.
- Conduct weekly inspections and safety meetings. Provide copies of signed safety forms to
- Complete all required job reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Walk the job constantly to follow up with installers.
- Schedule and direct quality control technicians daily, and communicate with technicians constantly to
- Identify problems that need to be corrected.
- Follow up on all purchase orders and/or extra work.
- Maintain open and positive communication with General Contractor, Project Manager, and field
- Manage Sub-contractors, ensure work done meets contract and company requirements.
- Keep up to date with all RMC Policy and Procedures, industry standards, and government
- Install Plumbing on project sites.
- Know relevant building codes, current legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures for the
- Installation of plumbing materials, equipment, and appropriately matched systems.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other trades.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- OSHA 30 Certification Required.
- 5 or more years of experience preferred.

- Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.
- Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
