Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled engineer with strong hands-on experience in AKS, .NET (Core / .NET 6 ), RESTful microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in distributed environments, understands containerized workloads, and can build and support scalable cloud-native applications.
About the Role
In this position, you will work on designing, deploying, and supporting microservices-based applications running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will develop high-performance .NET APIs, optimize distributed systems, and collaborate on Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues across services, ensuring smooth deployments, and enhancing reliability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer AKS components, including deployments, replica sets, pods, services, secrets, and ingress controllers.
Configure and support HPA (Horizontal Pod Autoscaler) and ensure smooth communication flows between network layers.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core / .NET 6 frameworks.
Implement and maintain solutions using Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot distributed systems and application performance, including tooling support with AppDynamics.
Contribute to and support CI/CD processes, working with Azure DevOps to build and optimize deployment pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong hands-on experience with AKS (deployments, replica sets, pods, services, secrets, ingress controllers).
Working knowledge of HPA and networking flow between services.
Proven expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6 and RESTful microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Entity Framework Core, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and AppDynamics.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot distributed applications.
Experience with CI/CD and pipelines using Azure DevOps.
