Title:Agent Developer (Multi-Agent & Automation)

CGIT is hiring AI Agent Developers to design multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow automation across enterprise tools and platforms for our clients.
What you'll do

Design multi-agent architectures: clear agent roles, coordination, hand-offs, and escalation

Implement tool/function calling and connect agents to enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS) and internal APIs

Build agent memory, state, and session management

Orchestrate agents using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel

Handle auth and access (OAuth/SSO, RBAC); deploy, monitor, and harden in production
Must have

Strong Python

An orchestration framework: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel

Tool-calling / function orchestration

LLM API experience and solid API-integration skills
