💲 Starting Pay: $22.00 - $26.00/hr.  
🕐 Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

🕔 Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift 

The Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks including but not limited to answering phones, customer service, data entry, and assisting the Transportation Manager with additional tasks as needed. This role also assists with yard dispatch functions including high-volume telephone and in-person communication with customers and drivers, data entry, photocopying, file management, equipment management including checking drivers in and out at dispatch window.

Qualifications: 

• Candidate must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in previous administrative role required and must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Previous depot experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must have excellent reasoning abilities (i.e. drawing valid conclusions from data, interpreting technical instructions, and able to understand abstract concepts).
• Must be able to take constructive criticism.
• Must be able to prioritize.
• Able to interact with customers using a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Willing to take on new tasks and train others in the equipment department.
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification which may include a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.
