We are currently seeking an Administrative Manager to join our Oakland Depot team. This individual will flex to support all three local facilities.

The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment. This role includes answering phones, providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry, and supporting the team with various administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
- Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shifts (occasional weekend support may be needed).
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment. This role includes answering phones, providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry, and supporting the team with various administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support general business operations through a wide range of administrative duties
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
- Handle phone and email correspondence with professionalism
- Support local actions for incoming employees, including onboarding
- Manages local actions for safety compliance and local training
- Maintain client records, databases, and office filing systems
- Looks for opportunities for process improvement and documents those processes with SOPs
- Acts as the subject matter expert for all Oakland administrative functions
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and mail is sorted/distributed
- Uphold all ConGlobal rules, regulations, and company policies
- Responsible for damage report processing, including field verification in the yard
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Previous administrative or office support experience required, previous Depot experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based data systems
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in both office and yard environments when necessary
- Must pass a pre-employment background verification and drug screening
