We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support platform development, configuration, optimization, and implementation initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing self-service capabilities, executing backlog items, improving workflows, and supporting ServiceNow platform modernization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and core IT service management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions and enhancements.
- Build and maintain Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Employee Center/Service Portal components.
- Develop and support Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, custom applications, and platform configurations.
- Manage and optimize Knowledge Base structure, governance, and usability.
- Perform full lifecycle implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Develop technical documentation, processes, procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive process improvements and platform adoption.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development/Administration experience.
- Direct experience participating in a core ServiceNow implementation, migration, rollout, or major module deployment.
- Strong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request/Catalog Management) and CSM.
- Working knowledge of HRSD and CMDB.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices, Workflow, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, and continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM certifications and experience supporting higher education or government environments.
Salary : $75 - $90
