The Medical Device Trainer delivers comprehensive didactic and hands-on training to healthcare professionals on a new
medical device (Endovascular Robotics)
. This role ensures proper device use, provides clinical guidance, supports clinical trials, and documents observations to drive product and training improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, deliver, and
document training sessions for physicians
, nurses, and technicians.
• Provide on-site device instruction, troubleshooting, and procedural support during clinical trials.
• Address clinical questions and translate complex technical concepts for users.
• Capture procedural insights for product and marketing teams and support continuous improvement of
training materials
.
• Collaborate with product, usability, and clinical affairs teams to align training with risk, performance, and study requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree; RN or Radiology Technician preferred.
• 5–8 years in education, service, engineering, OR/neurointerventional environments, or device training.
• Experience training clinicians or field specialists and supporting clinical trials (US/OUS).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and content-creation abilities.
