We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to execute end-to-end US digital media initiatives, support advanced marketing automation, and drive high-impact online engagement. This role requires strong technical expertise in email marketing, landing page optimization, marketing automation platforms, and social media execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaign setups, refine content, and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Execute US digital media initiatives, ensuring localized content and regional relevance.
• Manage advanced marketing automation and email marketing, including scheduling, HTML email creation, optimization, and publishing.
• Update and optimize landing pages using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
• Handle campaign setup, form/segment management, A/B testing, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Plan and execute paid social content, build targeted lists, and schedule posts across platforms.
• Monitor social channels for trends and engagement opportunities; refine strategy based on platform updates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design strategic campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Use tools like Wrike and Teams within an Agile environment for streamlined project execution.
• Optimize email elements—subject lines, headlines, CTAs—working closely with writers.
• Create and manage UTMs to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4 years of experience in B2B digital and outbound marketing.
• Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Braze, Pardot, Marketo).
• Experience with UTMs, funnel optimization, and nurturing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and HTML.
• Proficiency in CMS tools (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful).
• Experience with social media execution tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
• Familiarity with analytics and measurement techniques; Google Analytics experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and process-oriented approach; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to lead or support cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
Salary : $53 - $55
