Senior ERP Applications Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA 23223
Duration: 5 Months (Potential Extension)
Work Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Mondays and Tuesdays; Remote Wednesdays through Fridays

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior ERP Applications Analyst to support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain, preferably within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP configuration, business process design, implementation, and system support.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business operations.

• Perform system testing, regression testing, and validation of biannual releases.

• Conduct data reconciliations, audits, and root cause analysis of integration issues.

• Support upgrades, post-go-live activities, and continuous process improvement.

• Provide end-user training, change management, and Tier 2 application support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to resolve complex ERP issues.

• Manage project deliverables, risks, and milestones to ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

• Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and application support.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain Management.

• Workday experience in a healthcare environment.

• Familiarity with Workday implementation methodology, release management, and end-user training.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in Richmond, VA. Candidates must be available to work onsite every Monday and Tuesday, with remote work permitted Wednesday through Friday.

Salary : $60 - $65
