Manufacturing Technician III
Advanced working level in the series. Incumbents perform moderate to complex technical engineering tasks, such as retrofitting machines and materials testing, encroachment inspections, and serve as lead worker.
The technician's responsibilities include
Sets up and operates production equipment to manufacture, process
Assemble various commercial products and substances
Extensive experience in troubleshooting
Monitoring and servicing systems,
Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment,
Running tests and completing reports,
Updating and improving existing systems, and
Repairing or replacing faulty equipment
Assists with preparation of buffers and solutions required to support manufacturing process.
Responsible for ensuring all parts, tanks and components are cleaned to the required standards
