You’ll play a pivotal part in supporting and optimizing our marketing systems, processes, and campaigns. From website updates and email marketing to CRM and DAM management, you’ll help keep our marketing engine running smoothly and creatively.

What You’ll Do:
- Regularly update and maintain our website, ensuring fresh, engaging content and a seamless user experience.
- Build, send, and track email campaigns that connect with our audiences.
· Support the implementation of new CRM technologies and processes
- Assist with database management—both CRM and DAM
- Create and schedule social media posts that showcase our work, culture, and personality.
- Assist with preparing proposals, qualifications, and interview materials to support business development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to capture and share our story.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize results.
- Troubleshoot and support marketing systems and platforms.
- Help organize and maintain marketing data for accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 year(s) of experience in marketing or communications (AEC industry experience is a plus).
Additional skills that are a bonus:
- Strong competency in marketing and analytics tools (Salesforce, Open Asset, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.).
- Graphic design expertise, including the ability to create visually compelling marketing collateral, social media assets, and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
· Photography skills, with experience capturing high-quality images of projects, events, and team culture to enhance marketing campaigns and storytelling.
