As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s brand, digital presence, and lead-generation efforts. You will be responsible for managing social media channels, executing marketing campaigns, designing on-brand creative assets, and maintaining key updates to our WordPress website. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical ability, and project management skills to ensure all marketing communications are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with company goals.
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with sales, leadership, and external partners to enhance customer engagement, increase website performance, and strengthen Worldwide Steel Buildings’ market position across residential, commercial, agricultural, and government sectors.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Build monthly content calendars and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance
- Create on-brand graphics, ads, brochures, email assets, and sales collateral
- Produce short-form video content for social media (optional but preferred)
- Assist with updating our gallery, before/after images, customer projects
- Update website pages, galleries, and landing pages using WordPress
- Assist with SEO updates (titles, metadata, alt text, image optimization)
- Support improvements to customer journey, homepage updates, and new content sections
- Help build and schedule email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
- Assist with lead-generation initiatives (PPC, social ads, direct mail, YouTube, etc.)
- Track KPIs and support monthly reporting dashboards
- 3 years of experience
- Highly motivated, understands how to establish and meet goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Base Salary and Commission TBD based on experience
