Must Have Skills:

Hands-on project management experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar) Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes Experience in ADP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades Knowledge of system integrations and data migration Strong experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models Project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
