This role is a hands-on Controls Engineer focused on rapid prototyping and HIL validation using Speedgoat / dSPACE MicroAutoBox platforms within an automotive embedded controls environment. The engineer will operate at the intersection of MATLAB/Simulink model-based design, real-time ECU prototyping, bench/HIL commissioning, and CAN-based calibration & diagnostics.
The position is heavily execution-oriented, supporting prototype ECU bring-up, validation, debugging, and customer-facing commissioning, with direct collaboration across OEM system engineers, offshore development teams, and validation groups. This is not a theoretical modeling role—bench ownership and real-time debugging are non-negotiable.
