Role: MS Dynamics Developer Location: Frederick, MD Type: Contract-C2C OR W2 Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) solutions.
Build and enhance custom plugins, workflows, custom entities, business rules, and integrations.
Develop model-driven apps, PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and enhance CRM UI/UX.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API, REST/SOAP services.
Perform data migration (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Power Query, Azure Data Factory).
Work with architects and QA teams to ensure solution stability, performance, and security.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.
Support production issues, perform troubleshooting, and ensure high system availability.
Implement CRM security model, role-based access, and manage environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
6 10 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
Strong expertise in:
C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities
PowerApps (Model-driven / Canvas)
Power Automate (Flow)
Entity Customizations, Forms, Views, Business Process Flows
Experience integrating Dynamics with:
Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
REST/SOAP APIs
SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft
Strong understanding of Dynamics security, roles, access controls.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of Dataverse, Solutions management, ALM best practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Insurance / Financial Services domain
Familiarity with Life Insurance products, underwriting, policy administration systems.
Exposure to Azure DevOps Boards, GIT, Agile methodologies.
Understanding of Dynamics Marketing or Dynamics Customer Insights.
