The ideal candidate is a hands-on healthcare operator who has successfully managed a geographically dispersed physician practice organization and understands the unique dynamics of physician-led practices. This person should be comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, leading through change, developing strong relationships with physicians, and building scalable infrastructure.
