Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals with prior construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in any area of construction (such as carpentry, concrete, framing, roofing, plumbing, equipment operation, or general labor) and be willing to take on a variety of tasks to support our projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn on the job.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Load and unload materials and tools from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced workers.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the duration of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
