What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Information Technology (Confidential Search) position at Confidential?
An innovative, newly formed startup in the global manufacturing sector is seeking a visionary Vice President of Information Technology. This is a rare "Day One" leadership opportunity to architect the technological foundation of a high-growth organization following a strategic spin-off.

Role Overview
The VP of IT will own the strategy, implementation, and support of all enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems. Your mission is to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective operations that align with our long-term business goals. - M&A Support: Guide the IT integration of future acquisitions, ensuring new businesses are seamlessly migrated into our standardized environment.
- Fiscal Management: Own the IT budget, procurement, and vendor management across all global domains.
