We are a rapidly scaling manufacturing organization building the financial foundation for long‑term global growth. We’re seeking a VP of Finance who is ready to step into a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role with meaningful runway to for future personal growth.
This role is intentionally designed for a high‑potential finance leader someone who has not yet been a CFO but is eager to build systems, lead teams, and support capital strategy in a complex, real‑world operating environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale strong financial systems, processes, and internal controls in a manufacturing environment with limited legacy infrastructure
- Provide leadership over accounting, cost accounting, inventory, and audit functions
- Partner closely with manufacturing and operations leaders to drive cost discipline, margin insight, and capital efficiency
- Support investor fundraising and bank financing, including financial modeling, lender interactions, and board‑level reporting
- Support the financial setup of international operations, including multi‑currency reporting, FX exposure, intercompany transactions, and coordination with tax and legal advisors.
- Establish consistent financial governance and reporting standards across global entities.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a growing finance and accounting team
Who You Are
- A creative and engaged finance leader ready for a bigger stage, but not previously a CFO
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments, with strong cost accounting and operations finance experience
- Trained in or influenced by systems‑driven organizations (e.g., Danaher/GE/Thermo Fisher Scientific - style operating models) or top‑tier consulting (e.g., Deloitte, KPMG)
- Comfortable building structure in ambiguity and engaging with executives, lenders, and investors
- Motivated by growth, ownership, and long‑term leadership progression
