What's the Job?
- Assist Veterans with inquiries related to disability benefits and the application process
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding VA benefits
- Support the processing of claims and documentation submissions
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED; some college experience is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
