Job Type: Full-Time
Fabrication Machine Operator Job Duties
- Operate and set up Tube Mill and other fabrication equipment
- Read and interpret job orders, prints, and blueprints
- Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. –1:30 p.m. (may vary based on production needs)
Pay: $20.50 per hour
Fabrication Machine Operator Requirements
- 3 years of fabrication machine operating experience (Tube Mill preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Basic knowledge of metal fabrication and structural metals
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Comfortable performing intermediate math related to fabrication
- Forklift Operator Certification
Physical & Work Environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout the shift
- Work in a fabrication environment with noise, moving equipment, and metal materials
- PPE required: safety glasses, ANSI safety shoes, and other protective gear as needed
