Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 3 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Past history of caring for surgical patients, assessment, tube feeds, NG tube insertion, blood product administration, cardiac rhythm interpretation (will interpret/document at minimum 2x per shift) - Titratable drips: heparin, insulin, Cardizem. Experience with drips preferred. If no experience, must be comfortable learning and taking on that duty here.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend Rotation: EOW. 24 hours of weekend shifts per 6 weeks - Holiday Requirements: As needed per unit
Floating Requirements: As needed per unit. Within scope of practice, travelers float first. ED Inpatient Boarding 1:4 ratio.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission
