Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead a critical infrastructure site In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with teams and subcontractors and to ensure safety compliance. Your expertise will drive site success while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients to facilitate smooth workflow
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA safety standards, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, quality control records, and contract compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability in scheduling
- Hands-on experience with site safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Skilled in managing teams effectively through supervision and leadership skills; previous supervising experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Pay: $19.00 - $19.75 per hour
