Studio Manager – Innovative Fitness Studio (Marietta, GA)

We’re seeking a Studio Manager to lead a high-energy fitness studio in Marietta, GA, known for delivering transformational results through cutting-edge technology.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-focused leadership position and is excited about the opportunity to step into a managing partner role with potential sweat equity.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Coaches
- Manage lead follow-up and drive membership sales
- Create a positive, high-energy studio culture focused on personal growth
- Execute local marketing strategies and community partnerships
- Track KPIs including sales, retention, and utilization
- Ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards
- Serve as the face of the studio in the community
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years in fitness sales or studio management (boutique fitness preferred)
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter with a passion for community engagement
