What You’ll Do
- Find & Connect: Use your research skills to find and engage with talented individuals through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate: Partner with Recruiters to identify great applicants and coordinate the interview process.
- Welcome New Hires: Lead the way for new team members by facilitating orientations, processing onboarding paperwork, and ensuring all screenings are completed.
- Team Support: Contribute to our collective success by participating in the on-call rotation.
