What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Construction Laborer/Handyman - Punch Out Specialist position at Confidential?
WE WORK EXCLUSIVELY IN FERNANDINA BEACH/AMELIA ISLAND - MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO COMMUTE IF OUT OF AREA. START TIME IS 8AM SHARP MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
Local custom home builder specializing in new construction and remodels on Amelia Island is looking to add an assistant superintendent/punch specialist to our team that can provide the following services:
- positive customer relations and professionalism
- self starter and motivated, ability to work independently
- daily site clean ups to include sweeping, disposing of trash, and securing properties
- light framing
- basic trim carpentry
- minor sheetrock patches
- paint touch up
- caulking
- requires an eye for detail
- willingness to work as a team with other subcontractors
- general knowledge of the various trades
- ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues to find solutions
- positive communication with others
Must have your own truck/van for transporting materials and tools. Typically 40-45 hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
