Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:
- Fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care
- Extractions and root canal therapy
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
- Develop and present personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and long-term care
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Indiana dental license (or eligibility)
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and case presentation skills
- Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
- Leadership mindset with strong team collaboration skills
