A large, plaintiff law firm is seeking a Partner-Level Attorney to join their Houston, Texas team. This role will lead the Workers' Compensation team.


Job Title: Senior Workers Compensation Attorney


Experience/Requirements:

  • Must have at least 4 years of recent workers compensation experience in Texas
  • Must be knowledgeable in Texas Workers Compensation laws and statutes
  • Review case files
  • Handle case from intake to close
  • Draft legal documents such as discovery, responses, demands and motions
  • Communicate with clients
  • Must be an active member of the Texas Bar in good standing
