Security Company is in need of Full Time Security Site Supervisor for a location in Leominster, MA. This location is a retail environment.
Candidate must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
Required:
- Security Management Experience
- Federal, State, and local regulations, national standards and best practices relating to security systems.
- Must be aware of the implications of legislated requirements that impact security for the site.
- Law Enforcement Experience Preferred.
- Strong working knowledge essential security metrics, and provide tracking and reporting of those metrics to management.
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of physical security and technologies. Must understand and be familiar with current industry and market trends related to physical security.
- Comprehensive business and technical knowledge and organizational skills to oversee highly complex projects with high visibility and high impact on the business.
Skills Required
- Overseeing highly complex projects with high visibility and high impact on the site. Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills, including tact and diplomacy.
- Maintaining an established work schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
- Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
- Manage security staff and coordinate security operations to ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements based on findings.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV and access control.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
- Train employees on security procedures and emergency response protocols.
