Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:
- Serve as a trusted sales advisor, helping customers understand product offerings and identifying tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and sales strategies through ongoing training and team collaboration
- Deliver consistent feedback to management to enhance performance, client satisfaction, and sales efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve assigned sales goals and support long-term growth
- Ensure all sales interactions are handled professionally, maintaining a customer-first approach
- Generate additional revenue by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute to team meetings, promotions, and events to support overall operations
What We’re Looking for in a Sales Representative:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer support, or client relations preferred
- High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to excel in a team environment
