Sales / Operations
This Sales/Operations role combines sales, customer service, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The position requires someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and able to make sound decisions while managing multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong follow-through, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We will train the right candidate who has a strong work history, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships
- Handle sales and assist in meeting sales goals
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Utilize technology and standard office software effectively
- Use sound judgment and make informed decisions to support daily operations
- Manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and outside vendors
- Identify problems, take initiative, and follow through to resolution
- Learn and utilize company-specific software, systems, and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, administrative, hospitality or operations experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning and using new technology
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong work history and dependable attendance
- This is a salaried position with room for advancement
- In addition to the base salary this position is eligible for bonus/commission
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
