We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role supports all leasing and marketing efforts and is key to driving an outstanding resident and prospect experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and tour prospective residents, delivering a warm, engaging, and professional leasing experience.
- Assist residents by submitting service requests, processing rental payments, and preparing leases and addendums.
- Maintain accurate resident files and organize all required reports, documents, and leasing paperwork.
- Support daily property operations including leasing, marketing, resident relations, and performance goals.
- Conduct regular market surveys, shop competitors, and help develop effective marketing materials and strategies.
- Complete and verify lease applications, communicating results to applicants once approved by the Property Manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and on-site team, providing updates on traffic, availability, and performance insights.
- Stay informed on market and seasonal trends to help achieve occupancy and operational goals.

Preferences
- 1 year of experience in property management, customer service, or sales.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Onesite, Knock or similar property management systems
- RealPage product experience preferred, but not required.

Requirements of the Position
- We are needing someone who is dependable, punctual and reliable.
- Weekends are requirement, the property is open Monday-Sunday.
- Must have flexibility to work a schedule that may include hours outside 9:30–5:30, Monday–Saturday, based on business needs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
